Hi everyone! Here’s some notes for Bend locals before a longer share and pictures from Sunday’s pop-up.
We’re selling a few of our dips downtown at Wild Petals! We’ll post on Instagram and on this newsletter as we increase our retail presence, a big goal for us this fall. If there’s somewhere you’d love to see our goods, message me!
On Sunday night we had an absolutely amazing pop-up at Spork, and are putting our heads together to plan the next. As always, details will be posted on this newsletter and on Instagram. These sell out quickly!
We want to extend a deeply heartfelt thank you to those of you who have been supporting us at the NWX farmers market and at our pop-up dinners. Noosh is possible because of the community we’ve made here. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
For non-locals: stay tuned for a newsletter on Saffron very soon ;-)
This past Sunday, Noosh held 5-course pop-up at local bend institution - Spork. We set up one long communal table, Nick made a perfect playlist, and set the intention to have not only a delicious evening of food, but to create an atmosphere that reflected the Persian ideals I grew up with: poetry, conviviality, joyfulness, ceremony, delight, and, of course, resplendent tables of food. We always want Noosh gatherings to feel like a fabulous dinner party, which are a hallmark of Persian culture.
It was… absolutely fabulous. We are committed to doing more, and we are currently scheming about our next event!
In the grand poetic tradition of Iran, I wrote the menu as a poem in Farsi. This was meant to serve as a culinary journey reflecting our shift from summer to autumn, from buzzing brightness to deep rootedness. Here are some photos to enjoy:

It is an honor to embody and share these elements of my culture through food. Noosh functions as an act of devotion to my ancestry, which I am blessed to be deeply connected to despite never having been to my motherland, a place I hope to see in my lifetime. Thank you for receiving this devotion with heart, delight, and support.
With the Northwest Crossing Farmers Market having wrapped up for the year, you may be wondering how you can engage with Noosh this season and beyond. We are working on our retail presence, and you can currently find some of our items at Wild Petals! We are also cooking up some more events and expanding some of our offerings. We’ll share more as these ideas come to life. For now, grab some goods at Wild Petals, keep up with us on Instagram and this newsletter, and don’t be a stranger!
Noosh-e-jan!
